We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join the Haven Entertainment Studios project team. The Senior Core Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for the development and maintenance of the core infrastructure that powers Haven Game Studios. They will be involved with both the architectural design and implementation of necessary systems. They will work closely with the game team to understand their requirements and build out the infrastructure that matches their needs.

The Senior Core Infrastructure Engineer will report to the Chief Technology Officer.

Responsibilities and Duties

Building a “games development studio in the cloud”
Creation of new pieces of infrastructure to support studio needs
Enhancement & maintenance of existing infrastructure
Ensuring all systems meet security standard

Experience and skills required

8+ years of experience in related jobs
Experience with CI/CD systems (Jenkins)
Excellent knowledge of version control systems (perforce)
Cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure or GCP)
Knowledge of network security

Preferred Qualifications

Good knowledge of managing and administering resources on GCP
Knowledge of Go and Rust programming languages
